Meghan Watkins

It was a Friday, May 19th, 2012, when I stepped into the hot room for my 1st Bikram Yoga class. I had been on my own personal journey through health and wellness after college, eventually earning certifications in Group Exercise and CrossFit. I was learning how to care for my body, however, nothing hit me like the Bikram Yoga series. The sweet heat, dedication to detail within postures and opportunity for complete mind body spirit connection resonated with me immediately! Two classes in and I was hooked.

After practicing for 3.5 years I "jumped off the ledge" and headed to teacher training in September of 2015. I can honestly say this was the best decision I have ever made. This practice of yoga changed and continues to change the course of my life and being. A true reflection of the self - it is whatever you want it to be and/or rather it not be. Yoga is what you need, what you despise, what you love, what you are unsure of – it brings out the real you – the good, bad, ugly and beautiful!

Being able to share this yoga with others through teaching everyday is literally the best "job" in the world. I love seeing students come to realizations in and out of the hot room, working their asses off and their stuff out! It’s raw, genuine and beautiful. I am grateful to be a part of the glorious sweaty change that happens in peoples lives as the yoga opens us up mind, body and spirit.

  • Express 60
  • This sixty minute class moves through the traditional Bikram series with both tempo and flow.
    Ready for your happy hour? Take this class!

  • Bikram 90
  • The traditional 90 minute Bikram class is calibrated for the stiffest beginners yet challenging to all skill levels.
    Wanna feel fully human? Take this class.

  • Yin 60
  • This warm class will focus on postures with long, slow holds designed to target the connective tissues, ligaments, bones and even the joints of the body. It is a perfect complement to the more muscular yang energy of our bikram classes - and will leave you feeling blissed-out after a long week!
