As an Exercise Physiologist and Chef for over 20 years, I am amazed at what the human body is capable of when nourished with physical activity and good food. I have trained clients of all ages and abilities to reach their fitness goals through personal training, health coaching and cooking classes. Over the years I have taught various group exercise classes like Inferno Hot Pilates, Spinning, Silver Sneakers and TRX just to name a few. Helping someone improve their strength, speed, agility and confidence brings me great joy.
For years I was an avid marathon runner. After multiple injuries, I hung up my running shoes. Inferno Hot Pilates balanced with Bikram at Hot House Yoga has given me an outlet for all the energy that once went into long runs. Inferno is a challenge of strength and cardio. Bikram is a challenge of strength, patience and inner peace.
When I’m not at the studio, I’m either in the kitchen cooking, hanging out with my family or reading a good book.
