BIKRAM 90: The original 90 minute series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises designed to get you fit, healthy, and flexible. You will work hard, sweat a lot and feel great! We recommend this class for all students, especially first time students.
EXPRESS 60: This is a shorter version of the original 26 and 2 series so you can still get your yoga in even on your busy days. This class features a faster pace & fewer sets of some postures, but with all the benefits of the traditional 90 minute class.
INFERNO HOT PILATES: a High Intensity Interval Training class based on Pilates principles. This low-impact, high-energy class builds core strength & long lean muscles...and is a TON of fun!
YIN 60: This warm class will focus on postures with long, slow holds designed to target the connective tissues, such as ligaments and fascia, bringing the body into balance and increasing its natural range of motion. You will leave feeling refreshed and restored.
